Personality
Jason is usually described as anti social. He hates huge crowds and loud noises so he tends to avoid people. This usually leaves people with the impression that he hates them. Though he doesn't hate all people just the bad ones he only became a hero not to protect everyone but the innocent people out there who never did anything wrong. Jason likes fast cars or motorcycles so he can be seen fixing them up. Because he was originally used a weapon Jason has trust issues, and anger issues. This tends to get in the way of making friends or even controlling his killing instinct.

History
Jason is the son of James Howlett and ex handler of X-23, Kimura. The facility was angered at the idea of losing X-23 and Kimura wanting revenge. They decided to recreate the experiment but this time calling it Weapon XY and the mother would be Kimura. Though at the time Kimura detested being a mother she decided to put up with it because after this was over the facility promised they would use the creation to hunt down the X-men especially Laura Kinnley and James Howlett. After XY was born Kimura handed him over to a scientist named Bethany Kingmen to raise, she would be his caretaker until further notice. Though Bethany made a life costing mistake, she grew attached to the weapon, treating him more like a son than a weapon for the government. So while he was being trained to kill and how to use his claws Bethany was thinking of ways to escape with her ‘son’.
When Jason was given an adamantium skeleton which he barely survived from, Bethany decided now was the perfect moment to escape with him. They did escape though were soon tracked down by the facility and Kimura. Kimura killed Bethany in front of Weapon XY and out of rage he attacked though his attacks meant nothing to Kimura because of her powers. Deciding to give up the fight Jason rain away barely escaping with his life, and he went into hiding using his heightened senses to survive. Using the files that Bethany had escaped the Facility with the weapon discovered that his father was James Howlett and that Bethany had planned to name him Jason. In her memory he took the name Jason Kingmen and went in search of his father.
It took him years, Jason was fourteen when he finally found Xavier’s Institute and his father James Howlett. Though the two got off to a rocky start in their relationship Jason decided to stay with the X-men and learn from his father in hopes that if Kimura ever came back for him he would know how to kill her and defend himself. Three years later Jason met a girl named Faith Webster who claimed to be the clone and daughter of Wolverine. The Facility is still in search of Jason though are too afraid of going near the X-men once more since the last time they tried the X-men had defeated them and Emma Frost had rewired Kimura's brain. So instead they bide their time waiting for the right moment to steal away their weapon once more. Plus they knew that Jason would eventually snap and attack someone, the X-men would turn on him then when they no longer protected him they would go after him. It was only a matter of time in their opinion.
