Electrokinesis: Jack is a powerful Conduit with the ability to create and manipulate electricity. Which change colors depending on his alignment at the time. (red and black for evil, while white and blue for good)
Healing Factor: Jacks inner electric field greatly accelerates his body's natural ability to repair damage by stimulating the muscle tissue and his immune system; essentially an accelerated healing factor, making Cole impervious to most diseases except for the most powerful ones, such as mind control, and the extremely toxic gases that Kessler's air balloons had released. His healing capability can be temporarily boosted when he absorbs electricity. Aside from immunity to disease, Jacks natural healing factor is beyond that of any human: Jack can completely be healed of injuries after a short time. With electricity coursing through his body, this also allows for his muscles to absorb huge amounts of physical trauma to a far greater degree than normal humans, granting the ability to survive falls from extreme heights with no harm to his body. Jack also has enhanced physical strength, agility, durability, and reflexes. Jack can also use both of his arms simultaneously, instead of alternately switching between them.
Jack can discharge electricity at a chosen target at will, generate a shockwave that will knock any unsecured object through the air, restore his power stores and health by absorbing electricity, and sense ambient electricity - even from the recently dead. A minimal amount of training enables him to increase his resistance to damage, use electrical discharges while striking opponents, and gather ambient electricity while falling and discharge it in a powerful shockwave upon impacting the ground. He can also generate blades of focused electricity. More of his powers are to heal people with electricity, recharge himself by stealing people's electrical energy and restrain people with electric binds.
Jack can produce "grenades" of focused electricity which will adhere to subjects and explode with intense force. Depending on his alignment at the time they can split up into three more grenades and explode when he's more to the dark side. When good they can explode and lock the person it exploded to the ground or building with electric braces.
Jack can also slide along active electrical wires.
Jack can precisely discharge electricity at remote targets sort of like a sniper.
Jack can also glide with electricity discharged from his palms.
Jack can also produce ball lightning projectiles, sort of like electrical RPGS.
Jack can also create electrokinetic forcefields capable of blocking metallic objects such as bullets.
Later on with training with his father, he gains the ability to manipulate electrical currents within the air to create powerful streams of lightning to fall from the sky which he can fully control (his first example of weather control). And because his father trained him before he left, he knows how to do powers that includes the ability to project his thoughts into the minds of others through direct contact, an advanced form of Static Thrusters which allows him to propell himself at considerable speed, limited illusion generation, a brief phase-shift which is similar to short-distance teleportation, super speed, and an energy form,electromagnetism and weather control.
Cryokinesis: Jack due to his mother can control water molecules in the air and transform it into ice the same way he uses his electricity powers.

Jack like his father is an expert free runner and his quite speedy on his feet. He is also a good hand to hand combatant due to his fathers training. Jack can also wield a special weapon that was made for his father and was passed down to him called the Amp. Which is a Tesla coil sword that be pumped with his electricity.

PERSONALITY: Jack is like his father, cool and cold at the same time not really caring what others think of them. However he does hate when people call him a monster without even know him. Also like his father he seemingly has both sides of the same coin inside of him. What the means is that they both seemingly could go either way on the scale of evil or good by people standers. In which what ever they go with their powers implement what it is they are at. For Jack, like his father, the people who he does care about he would protect them with his life. He treats them like family and would rip anyones head off if he crossed them even once.

HISTORY:
As Cole went about his life after the events in Empire city, he knew what had to be done. He had to continue on, fighting what his future self tried to 'prepare' him for though he didn't think it had to come to the point where he kill Trish the way he did. But that was gone and he needed to prepare for the threat that was coming ahead. So he made it to a new city, New Marais. And in New Marais awaited him a fight with the Beast that his future self warned him about. But not only did he meat the monstrosity he also met two women, one named Kuo and the other Nix. Which choose their own paths already, Kuo going for the good while Nix for the bad. Each had their own agenda however they saw that Cole could help them with it.
Cole made certain decision and ended up helped Kuo on her plans to help and save the people of New Marais. And with her help he gain new abilities besides his already Electrical based ones. And with that he was able to drive the Beast back into hiding somewhere. Than the search was on once again for the Beast, with Kuo and Cole on it's tail. They went to many cities in hopes to find and neutralize the damn thing. But the Beast proved to be more resilient every time they came to face it. And eventually feeling started to emerge between the two. But Cole however was still suffering from his lost of Trish back in Empire city. However soon Cole learned to get over that and got with Kuo on a official bases, even to the point of having a kid with her. Once the kid was born they decided to name him Jack, and Cole would train him on using his powers.
Than once Jack was old enough he trained with his father, free running with him, fighting hand to hand, and learning how to control his abilities. This went on for years and years in till Cole figured that Jack was old enough to take care of himself. Cole than left Jack with his uncle Zeke's care at the age of sixteen. Cole than told Jack that it was up to him to make his own destiny that Cole's and his mothers destiny was already decided. They had to leave and go hunt down the Beast, and that when he hit eighteen he could decide on whether or not to follow his mom and himself if he wanted to. Or he could decide on making his own path and his own future if he wished. So Jack did just that and kept on practicing with his Uncle Zeke keeping a eye on him in till he hit eighteen. Once than he left and has now been going around for a year now still deciding on what to do.
