Powers: She is able to bestow powers to other people, be they human or latent mutant. She can’t choose which power the other person gets, it all depends on what the person would have had if they were to have powers already.
If the person she bestows power upon is already a mutant or already has abilities, she'll awaken a secondary power within them, the way she awoke her own ability to fly.
She isn't entirely sure what exactly she does, but from her classes at Xavier's on World 12, she knows that most, if not all people have an X gene, be it already active or be it laying dormant in the person's bloodstream. From what she's been able to tell, the change is permanent, as she hasn't lost her power of flight. Whether she is the exception or the rule, she doesn't know.
She is able to lift into the air and fly without use of wings. She can’t fly much faster than the average bird of prey, but she can remain aloft as long as she’s awake.
Ablities: Despite her appearance, she can be very stealthy when she needs to be. She walks silent as a shadow and often uses her ability to fly to hide on the ceiling.

Weaknesses:
- Her brother, she feels they have to look after each other, so if he’s hurt, she’ll risk her life to help him.
- Since she doesn’t fly extremely fast, it can sometimes be difficult for her to escape if she’s caught.
- She can’t fly much higher than the tallest buildings in the city, being unable to breathe in high atmosphere.
- She has little fighting strength and her powers have little to no offensive capabilities, so she must always rely on her brother if they get into a fight.
- While she can lift considerable weight while flying, she’s only limited to her physical strength. If she and her brother needed to escape, she wouldn’t be able to take him with her.
- She can only give people powers when she's touching them. If she's even a fraction of an inch away from them, she can't wake their powers.

- She’s strengthened by her brother’s presence, knowing he’s there for her gives her strengths to carry on.
- She’s able to find the most creative ways possible to hide herself as well as her brother in the event of trouble.
- Being a successful thief, she's good at finding weak points to exploit, even in combat.
- While not the strongest fighter, she still has a few skills when fighting in the air. She's agile enough in the air that she can take down most opponents in a few minutes.
Any secrets?: She's in denial about her brother's insanity, believing that everything said about his exploits are either lies or blown out of proportion.
She's afraid that someday her brother will realize that she was the cause of his insanity and turn on her as a result.
PERSONALITY: Cali is a quiet, introverted girl. She really only trusts her brother, and he's the only one she'll ever truly open up to. She cares little for the lives of others and won't hesitate to hurt an innocent to get out of a situation. While she doesn't delight in pain like her brother does, she enjoys finding Anti Mutant groups, especially their leaders, and giving members of the groups powers as punishment for their prejudice.

HISTORY: Blink’s heart was ripped to pieces the day Mimic died. But she soon discovered one positive thing, he’d live on. Days later she discovered she was pregnant and it turned out to be twins. Placing Sabretooth in charge of the Exiles she travelled to Earth 12, where Mimic was from, to have her children. She was over joyed when she had a boy and a girl, but still saddened when they’d inherited her physical mutation, just in a different color.
When they were old enough and before their powers manifested the X-Men trained them in various things including combat to ensure they’d either be new X-Men or new Exiles. While Cali did well in the classes, she was far from the best of the class. No matter what, through all the classes, she turned to her brother for help, letting him do most of the fighting while she only attacked those who came close enough for her to reach.
Along with the training her mother and the other X-Men told the kids stories about their father and what a great man he was. Not wanting to their mother had to leave and go rejoin the Exiles in their quest. She spent days with her children before leaving. But her departure caused her children to become bitter. If there were no heroes she could’ve stayed with them. It was around this time Cali’s first power manifested. She soon awoke the powers of one of the other X-Men children. Cal then quickly asked Cali to wake his powers up. She felt reluctant at first, but she gave in, unable to resist her brother's pleas. At first he moved his hands around trying to figure it out. It was until he looked up that he noticed Beast was moving in circles.
The two continued training and about 3 weeks later Cali used her new power on herself and discovered she could also fly, a very useful ability. But Cal began to lose his grip on reality. Awakening his strong power so early caused his psyche to fragment and every time he used his powers it seemed to only make things worse. Cali was terrified for her brother and knew their mom could fix things. Using a portal making mutant they jumped in, only to end up in the wrong universe with no way to get back. They’d gone to Blink’s last location as she did periodically check in on them. But they were off and landed in a world different from their own. On 12 mutants are revered and the X-Men were celebrities, but with their skin colors they found themselves hated. Soon the anger first towards their mother and heroes shifted to humans in general. So using their powers they go around making mutants and meta-humans out of people and showing the world mutants should be feared for good reason. They had no choice to resort to crime and actually began enjoying it. On one hand they needed money and on the other hand their hatred for heroes and mother issues fueled their choice to become criminals. Anytime one of them is captured the other one always breaks them out.

POST RP EXAMPLE:Cali walked silently around the bank, watching her brother as he counted their bounty. She smirked a little as he announced how much they'd gotten this time. That'd last for a good long while, even with Cal's habits. She walked over and leaned back against the table Cal sat on, watching his puppet show. She smiled and chuckled as he made the guard shoot at his own people, humming a little and examining her freshly manicured nails.
"You know, we really should leave before they get brave. I saw a nice little air vent leading up to the roof. I've got a rope ready and waiting for you."
She looked up at her brother, smiling a bit as she watched him, then she looked around at the others in the room.
"But first..."
She stood and slowly walked around the room, pulling a cell phone out of her pocket, running down her list. She'd recognized one of the people in the crowd when she'd come inside, but first she wanted to double check. Sure enough, one of the people in the bank, the one who had been glaring in rage at them the entire time, was a member of a rather well known anti mutant group. She stood in front of him and looked down, a small smirk on her face.
"You. On your feet."
She watched as the man refused and she glanced back at Cal, nodding to him. This was their routine. They picked out a mutant hater, Cal made them stand, and she gave them powers. As the man stood, she looked back at the man and reached out, grabbing his forehead.
"Let's see what's locked away in there, shall we?"
Her hand began to glow bright red as she tapped into the man's latent power. The man screamed in pain as she drew his power to the surface. Her hand stopped glowing in a moment and she stepped back as the man began to seize, falling to the floor as he started to change. Cali started to laugh as she watched the man change colors several times, his skin rippling and becoming scaly like a lizard's. The man's teeth grew long and pointed and his fingernails turned into claws.
As the seizing stopped, he lay still, his skin taking on the same pattern as the floor. Delighted, Cali clapped a little and looked around to the others.
"Behold, the Chameleon! Have fun."
She turned and walked over to Cal, grinning at him as she started back to their escape route.
