Years ago,to match Tony Stark's Iron Man armor.Hammer industries tried to create something similar but failed,the lab got closed and was abandoned.A few years later the government decided to re-open it hiring the best professors they could effort.They decided to pick someone out of an orphanage train it and then put Cyborg Implants in his body to enhance his body.Thus making him able to Bring the implants in his body to the surface of his skin thus,making him the armor.
Human form
In his human form he is capable of lifting about 4 tons while using the strong gear like circuits in his arms.Fly at a speeds of Mach 5 and react at speeds that no human athlete could ever reach.He also obtained technopath powers enabling him to mentally merge whit technology and hack into computers,although more complicated things could be hard for him to decode.His cyborg implants combined whit his technopath powers allow him to merge not only mentally but also physically whit technology enabling him to amplify his powers.After absorbing something as big and developed as a car he can lift about 90 tons in the excess.Although this is only temporarily since using these powers discharges them too.The implants in his mind also enhance his mind thus,because he had an IQ of 150 before he got the implants it now is well over 220 although since he is mentally unstable he can't bring his mind up to the fullest for the biggest part so he relay's on his link whit the servers more..The implants also gave him X-Ray vision and amplified his Photographic memory meaning that he can call back everything he has ever heard or seen.
Armor
In his armor he possesses even more and stronger powers by forcing the implants in his body to expand them selfs he can create a 'second skin' like armor which is comparable in power to Tony Stark's Iron Man Armor.The Armor can absorb almost every form of energy including Solar Radiation Thermal energy and even Electromagnetic Energy.The armor is able to lift up to an unknown limit and fly at speeds of Mach 9.

Invulnerable
Tim is invulnerable in both of his forms.Only high super powered beings should be able to harm him physically trough sheer force of power.His bones are considerably stronger then reinforced steel and his skin and muscle tissue is about the strength of steel.Al tough very dense his body is far from indestructible and things as adamant can easily pierce his skin.

Regenerative Healing Factor
If he gets injured he most likely heals whiting an instant while organs or body parts take hours to days to heal.The only thing he can't heal is when depicted.Because of his implants he is also highly resistant,if not immune to every known human disease.These powers also includes Self-Sustenance and Longevity.

PERSONALITY:
In his personality he is mostly like the stereotypical boy of his age,he loves to play video games play baseball and makes jokes.However whit some people he is shy.He doesn't likes talking about his past and frequently shields it from most people.One of the most remarkable is his humor,he constantly makes jokes even when people are annoyed by it.He is the type of person that tries to light up even the darkest situations and cheer up the saddest people which is sometimes turned down.

HISTORY:
14 and a half years ago a couple dropped there just born son in front of a couple's house whit nothing but a note sayingWhen you love something set it freeThe couple raised the boy as there own and saw him as a blessing from heaven since the woman just discovered that she was infertile thus she took care of him as one of her own.

At a young age Tim was surprisingly smart for his age going trough High-School at the age of 13.A few weeks before his birthday he and his foster parents got in a tragic car accident whit killed his adoptive parents and cracked his skull.After reading about his outstanding mental capabilities decided to take him for a secret project called Cyborg X.But because the implants that were supposed to put in his body where designed for someone older both physical and mental they putted him in a Artificial containment Chamber imprinting years of study and life experience turning him in a 17 year old in a matter of weeks.


After the surgery he took on the second alias of Axl Becker a 17-year old street brat who has contacts whit many street thugs this combined whit his ability to hack into computers from a distance has led him to be an excellent contact person for many heroe's and hero teams.Now Tim lives in an old uninhabitable building supported whit technology.

Alright. Him able to lift 80-90 tons is a bit far fetched to me. Wolverine can't lift more than 2 tons, and that is with an adamantium skeleton. Perhaps if the limits were lower, I can see that. I can also see him lifting that amount of weight when in his armor. I would also like to see a bit more of his personality, and his history. And his weaknesses aren't really weaknesses, but more like character flaws. We want something that could 'disable' your character there.

Well, i changed the lifting limit to 30 tons whit circuits in his arms and the weakness is added high voltages of electricity paralyze him and i added some on the personality and history hope you find it better now.

i'd like another weakness, for example what happens if the circuitry is damaged? also if you can decrease your power limits more as 30 tonnes is still too much, 30 tonnes works out as 66 thousand pounds, that is much too powerful.

Okay then i can decrease his limit to 10 ton and when then when his circuitry is damaged he has to get them fixed or fix them himself like that the circuits in his body can't fix themselfs?

i would still rather it was a little less with that still being around 22 thousand pounds and what he does when the circuitry is damaged is up to you i just want there to be that he has to do something, also list it under weaknesses so it is easier to find

How about we consider Vistor Stone's limit of 4 tons WITH his cybernetic enhancements(5 tons but while damaging his system). He isn't exactly superman after all, and it is actually much more than most characters here can do, he'd still pack a punch. As a weakness we can go by the assumption that, with repeated damage, cybernetic enhancements become pretty much useless and turn into dead weight, enough voltage, enough of water, enough heat, enough strength, any of that could ruin electronics(of course it isn't exactly that easy) and as most might guess, a cybernetic hero with dead cybernetics is pretty much a whiny rag doll. I say that with these weaknesses in mind and the suggested power cap, it would be alright to me,

Okay i added that up,the circuitery cannot repair itself and he has to do that by hand.(Something that is pretty hard)His limit has been decreased to 4 ton and i believe that is it.
