PERSONALITY: Damon is someone that is a caring and kind person, he puts no one before his own family and he always ensures that they are safe before he does anything else, after all his family mean the world to him and he would not forgive himself if anything happened to either of his younger sisters. Damon is also selfless as a superhero and will often put himself in grave danger to save other people, often caring not what happens to him so long as that he can keep the human race from harm. Damon could also be seen as a naive or too trusting person and can easily be lead into traps because of the fact that he wants to trust people and does not consider that it could lead to something which could cost him his life.

HISTORY:
Damon is the oldest child of Clark Kent and Lois Lane. They had not intended to get pregnant so early into their relationship when they had begun working together at the Daily Planet, however both of them knew that giving their son up was not an option for them and at the same time Lois had told Clark from the beginning that she would not allow a child of hers to go through an abortion, something that Clark had heartily agreed with, they may have been young but both where both extremely mature in their decision to keep their child. When Damon was born however Clark and Lois asked Clark’s adoptive parents to take care of him in the day just until they could work out a schedule that worked for them. 5 years later Clark and Lois gave Damon a younger sister Carrie, Damon was instantly protective of his little sister and made sure that she was always in the knowledge that she had a older brother that loved her and more to the point would be there for her whenever she needed him to be.
At the age of 10 Damon’s powers began to show, even though Lois knew that Clark was superman she had not expected her son to be able to pick up the powers of his father, not that it bothered her at all but it more surprised her more than anything else, after all it wasn’t every day that you learnt that your son was half Kryptonian and half human, of course they had expected it would be the case but without enough proof they had simply guessed that he would have the powers of his father. It worried Lois because at the same time as Damon’s powers emerging Lois was actually pregnant with another child, this was his younger sister again Catherine. At the age of 16 Damon began patrolling Metropolis with Clark in his own costume under the title of superboy because of the fact that his mother was at the daily planet still and could therefore ensure that he was portrayed in the right way.
Damon is currently working on replacing his father as superman when Clark has decided that he has had enougb of the superhero business which Damon thinks that it will be a long time before that is the case, however at the same time he is currently ensuring that his younger sisters are completely safe and happy in their lives as he wants to make sure that there can be nothing in the world that can hurt him, he is also debating going to college to get a journalism degree himself but doubts that he will actually do it.
