PERSONALITY: Molly is a fun loving individual who tends to act like a big kid more than an adult. She has a great standing relationship with all her friends both old and young. In some situations she can be a little more serious if it is needed but other wise she is cracking jokes trying; acting cute and trying to make people laugh. While she is in a position of authority she will act more like an adult. This includes being strict if the situation calls for it. Molly still throws tantrums every now and than. They are not as bad as when she was younger, but her stubbornness side can still be seen in these. Vary few things are able to set her off most of the time it has to do with her students being threatened. Individuals or groups that hate activity against mutants are also another thing that are able to set her off. While she tries to maintain a calm attitude towards them she will often times yell or lash out. This is not to hurt the people but to scatter them to prevent further hostilities.

HISTORY: Molly was born to a loving mother and father who were also living a double life as members of a criminal organization known as the Pride. The group that worked out of Los Angeles were defeated by their children. Molly and her friends banded together and began to set right the harm that their parents had caused. This led her to many adventures on both the east and west coast and even through time.
As the group aged Molly felt that she had missed out on parts of life. Growing up with the rest of the Runaways never aloud her to be a kid. As a result she left the group to get a formal education. This took sometime but Molly eventually was able to go to college with money that she had inherited from her mother and father when she turned 18.
Most of the other Runaways were supportive of her decision to move on. They all decided to keep in contact with one another. Kayla was the hardest one to say goodbye to. However they all felt sad to see her go and they still try to meet up annually to see how each other are doing.
After acquiring a degree in teaching Molly set out to help other children with their education. In doing so Molly found her self in employment at Xaviers Institute for gifted youngsters. When she was approached as a child she was given a way to contact them if she ever wanted to return. While there she spends most of her time teaching students, working mostly those whose parents have abandoned or want nothing to do with them. She also does volunteer work in the city with troubled youth. However most of her energy is taken up by looking over her students.

POST RP EXAMPLE:The phones were ringing off the hook and Molly was looking for any real reason to take a break. Sadly they were under staffed at the moment so on top of taking calls from angry parents she was also doing her best to manage the budget for the up coming school term. Most of the time she was able to handle the stress but today just seemed to be one of those days. Molly had already gone through two pots of coffee. The first being to take the edge off of a night of over using her powers. The second pot to take the edge off of parents.
The news felt the need to broadcast an incident that may or may not have involved several mutants. The parents seeing this broadcast felt the need call in and complain on everything from their children s safety to the news it self. Molly did her best to try and calm the over-protective parents on over the phone, “No your child is safe, it had nothing to do with any with Xaveir's just a separate unrelated incident. No we don't send children out on missions to combat mutant threats. Your child is here to learn. Yes, members of are faculty do take part to in these situations when mutants are involved. I am sorry something has come up and I will have to call you back.” Molly said as she hung up the phone.
“Life sure was a lot less complicated back when I was growing up. Less adults.” Molly said as she smiled and went to refill her empty coffee cup. Returning back to her desk Molly sat down and spun around in the chair a few times. In doing it so fast she managed to spill a little bit of her coffee. “Darn it.” Molly scolded as it spilled over some files, “Guess that's about all the fun I am going to be aloud to have today." And with that Molly began to clean up her mess and get back to what seemed like a never ending stack of papers.
