Global Moderators – Members of this staff will enjoy the perks and benefits of

• managing boards.
  
• managing categories.
  
• modifying avatars.
  
• modifying profiles.
  
• Emailing all members.
  
• PMing all members.
  
• search members.
  
• stepping in when I am absent to settle a dispute, unless an admin is on. In that case they will have the final say.
  
• assigning member groups.
  
• approving character applications.
  
• keeping tabs on the advertisement board, and verifying the ad and/or linking back on their board.

Well, I will have to say that Seph is the only one that has any staff experience. Gabe, if I was looking for a mod, I would start you off there and ease you into higher staff positions. Sadly, I am not. So I'm going to have to go with Seph on this.
