Roxy needs some Plot Moxy

Hello! Roxanne needs some plottage and relationships, so I made her a plot thread!

Roxy is the daughter of the Flash, and her secret alterego is "The She-Flash." She is cold and sort of mean, but has the virtues of a super-hero - only without the kindness. It might be hard to form a friendship with Roxanne, because she's so distant, but I think if someone works hard enough and is willing to put up with her they can form a positive relationship. I am also looking for enemies. >:3

I think Carrie can be the kind of friend Roxy needs. She's like her dad so she's pretty accepting but she won't let Roxy push her around either.
