PERSONALITY: Roxanne is a cold, unsympathetic super-heroine that isn't all that chatty. But, she is willing to make conversation, as long as you're the one that started it, don't slow her down, or annoy her. Roxanne might just smack you if you annoy her too much, because she has a short fuse. Roxanne is also very fearful. Ever since she nearly executed a murder, Roxy has wondered if she's really a good person, or if she's actually sane.
Despite the more darker parts of her life, Roxy is a fairly good hero. She enjoys helping people, and she has shown brief moments of kindness and warmth to other people, though this isn't often. Roxanne is a smart girl and a straight-A student in school. People expect that she will be a scientist for the police like her father, because her favorite classes are science and math, and with her calculating mind Roxy has prove to be a bit of a detective for students and staff that have lost papers, bags, and other items.

HISTORY:
Roxanne was born to Barry and Iris Allen. She was told that her father was actually the Flash when she was thirteen, and they could Roxy with the secret. It was a shock, yes, but Roxanne isn't the type to overreact, or give out secrets. At the age of fifteen, out of curiosity Roxanne went into her father's lab and accidentally breathed in the fumes of some experimental hard water that was found at some crime scene. Soon, Roxanne was unconscious on the floor.
She woke up in a hospital sometime later. They ran some tests, and according to Roxy the only thing "wrong" with her is that she "fainted like an old woman." So, showing no signs of any damage, Roxanne was allowed to go home. Roxanne realized of her new powers when she was walking to school and it suddenly started raining. Not wanting to her mother to yell at her for having wet clothes, Roxy started running through the cold down-pour. The next thing she knew, Roxy was suddenly running passed her house, and when she finally skidded to a halt, Roxy was at least a mile away from her house.
Roxanne kept it a secret for a moment, then finally came clear about the incident. Sure, there were some negative feelings about it, but finally Mr. Allen decided to take Roxy under his super-heroic wing and teach her how to control her powers for good. But, Roxy really didn't want her father to control her future and turn her into a super-hero like himself. But, because she wanted to learn about super-speed and things like that, Roxy happily took on the training.
When she was sixteen, Roxy was dating a boy that she actually rather liked. Until she caught him cheating on her, kissing another girl, before she found her way home, and she just sat down in their dining room, thinking of how much she hated that boy and how she wished she could kill him. It was a Friday, and they had a date that night. Roxanne saw an opportunity, and she intended on using it.
But, she kept on thinking about what her dad had been trying to do for her and what he's been teaching her. The boy knocked on the Allen's door, and she was the one to open it. Roxy hesitated, and then said out-right that she was dumping him. Because of things she thought (and there was some pretty ugly stuff she had been thinking) Roxanne, even today, wonders if she's sane.

POST RP EXAMPLE:Shasperi hadn't realized how hot it was till he woke up today. He was dehydrated, sweaty, and stumbled often. "It's not the heat...it's the humidity!" he chimed. Even he was certain that he was going insane.
But, at least he wasn't going insane alone. With his alliances, Lina Thilloway and Mira Kinsley, Shasperi was actually rather comforted that if he did go insane or died of thirst, he had these two chicks to watch over him.
Noises made Shasperi reach for the handle of his knife. "Do you hear that?" he whispered to Lina and Mira as he ducked down. Shasperi paused for a moment, tuning out any other sound. Then it suddenly hit him: that was water running.
"It's a river!" Shasperi gasped, and bounded in the direction of the noise. He skidded to a halt as he reached the banks of the river, and then proceeded to jump up and down excitedly. "Water! Lovely, lovely water!" he laughed, kneeling down and cupping his hands. Shasperi dipped his hands into the cool river, and then brought the H2O to his lips with a very satisfied smile.
