In order to make a purchase, then please fill out the order form below. Then post it as a new thread in THIS board.

[b]Item:[/b]  What item you want to purchase
[b]Price:[/b]  Price per item
[b]Quantity:[/b]  How many do you want to buy
[b]Total Cost:[/b]  Price times Quantity

Please note that if you want to buy more than one item, please use the code over and use one post… For example:

Form for Item Three

Etc…

…all of the above will be in one post not three or more threads.

If you have purchased something, and it was processed, then you will need to do another thread to make buy something else.
