The blonde haired, brown eyed woman walked down the sidewalk of The Smoke. She had been in this city for a few days, searching for something. She wasn’t sure what it was, but she knew that it wasn’t something that was easy to come across. She thought that Texas was bad, but at least they didn’t have to deal with thick fog. Which was what she was attempting to walk through at the moment. This thing was so thick, she swore she could cut through it with a butter knife. She wondered if she should have her head examined for doing such things like this, but she figured that they wouldn’t find anything wrong with her head. She eyed her surroundings and narrowly avoided getting hit by a double-decker bus as it zoomed passed her. She of course glared at it as if saying ‘how dare you try to run me over’. She paused only long enough to make sure that another vehicle wasn’t coming her way before racing across the street. She needed a smoke and a drink, and needed both quickly. She darted into the nearest pub and before looking around pulled out a cig and put in her mouth. While she was searching for a lighter, the bar-back pointed to a sign behind him that says no smoking. ”Dammit.” She muttered and put her cigarette back in the pack. She walked up to the bar and ordered some whiskey. She really needed that cigarette, but decided to get some drinks in her first. She was beginning to hate this town. First there was the fog, now there was this smoking ban. She wished she should have just ignored her instincts and went home. But did she do that? No. She had to hop a flight to England, and look for something that she really didn’t know what. She just knew that she would know when she found it. She hated that about her, and tilted her head to the side to expose a pair of fang marks. Those emerged from behind her collar that fell away at the movement of her head. She grunted her thanks when her order was sat down in front of her. LISTEN UP! THIS POST IS FOR ANYONE. IT HAS 367 WORDS. BY THE WAY, SHE IS REALLY MESSED UP IN THE HEAD SO WATCH OUT.
