The bank was surrounded by cop cars with flashing lights. Some mutant was robbing the bank that was all they knew. They didn’t know who or what the mutant’s power was, because if they did they probably would’ve called the heroes in right away. Because inside was the blue skinned mutant known as Puppet Master. He was sitting on the counter laughing as he counted his money. A lit cigarette rested firmly in his lips, ash falling on his black shirt and jeans, not like he cared. Three guards stood there frozen, staring at Cal.
“Whoo, nice haul. Just over one million. Alright, so who wants to play my game first?”
He asked with a smirk before pulling his gun out and pointing it at the hostages who all screamed as he did which just made him laugh even more.
“Never gets old. Alright, eeny, meeny, miny, mo…”
He stopped on one guard and his free hand raised. He held his hand out with the fingers spread. With a quick twist the guard reached for his gun with another hand movement he raised the gun to his head. The guard started to close his eyes but Cal opened his finger and the guard opened his eyes.
“I just love looking into someone’s eyes as they die.”
He said with an evil smirk before taking another drag. With a quick flick of the finger the guard pulled the trigger and his lifeless body fell. He then turned his attention to one of the other guards. With more hand movements the guard grabbed his gun and raised it. Cal spun his finger in a circle and the guard turned around. With a few more quick movements the guards began to walk towards the door, his eyes filled with fear as he did but his mouth remained shut tight. The guard opened the door and looked at all the cops. He raised his gun and began to fire at them and the cops quickly returned fire, having no choice.

Cali walked silently around the bank, watching her brother as he counted their bounty. She smirked a little as he announced how much they'd gotten this time. That'd last for a good long while, even with Cal's habits. She walked over and leaned back against the table Cal sat on, watching his puppet show. She smiled and chuckled as he made the guard shoot at his own people, humming a little and examining her freshly manicured nails.
"You know, we really should leave before they get brave. I saw a nice little air vent leading up to the roof. I've got a rope ready and waiting for you."
She looked up at her brother, smiling a bit as she watched him, then she looked around at the others in the room.
"But first..."
She stood and slowly walked around the room, pulling a cell phone out of her pocket, running down her list. She'd recognized one of the people in the crowd when she'd come inside, but first she wanted to double check. Sure enough, one of the people in the bank, the one who had been glaring in rage at them the entire time, was a member of a rather well known anti mutant group. She stood in front of him and looked down, a small smirk on her face.
"You. On your feet."
She watched as the man refused and she glanced back at Cal, nodding to him. This was their routine. They picked out a mutant hater, Cal made them stand, and she gave them powers. As the man stood, she looked back at the man and reached out, grabbing his forehead.
"Let's see what's locked away in there, shall we?"
Her hand began to glow bright red as she tapped into the man's latent power. The man screamed in pain as she drew his power to the surface. Her hand stopped glowing in a moment and she stepped back as the man began to seize, falling to the floor as he started to change. Cali started to laugh as she watched the man change colors several times, his skin rippling and becoming scaly like a lizard's. The man's teeth grew long and pointed and his fingernails turned into claws.
As the seizing stopped, he lay still, his skin taking on the same pattern as the floor. Delighted, Cali clapped a little and looked around to the others.
"Behold, the Chameleon! Have fun."
She turned and walked over to Cal, grinning at him as she started back to their escape route.

"Brave? These humans? Humans don't even know true bravery."
He said shaking his head before flicking his cigarette at one of the hostages and laughing as the hostage tried to keep the cigarette from burning him. He looked over at her and smirked. He watched as she walked over to a member of the Friends of Humanity and laughed. He always loved when she did this. But then again who wouldn't? As Cali looked back over at Cal he was busy making the remaining guard dance and laughing oddly as he did so.
"Huh? Oh yeah."
The mutant hater made a stupid mistake of locking eyes with Cal. Cal raised his hand and the man stood up. Cal laughed maniacally as the man began to transform.
"I always liked this part."
He smiled as he watched the man writhe in agony as his transformation finally stopped. He almost wanted to follow the man around and see how everyone responded to his new mutant status. He loved when they had physical mutations, it always made it more enjoyable.
"Hold on, we can't leave just yet."
He said jumping down as he made the last guard turn and raise his gun to the hostages. He began move his arm around and flick his finger as the guard fired into the group, killing and maiming as many as he could.
"Well that was fun. I was hoping some heroes would show up."
he said as he threw the bag over his shoulder and caught up with her.

Cali chuckled a little as he expressed his enjoyment. She loved watching what became of the people she'd unlocked. The more outlandish the better. And this man would certainly have a hard time convincing the people in his little group that he wasn't going to be their enemy. Rather poetic in her mind. She turned as Cal told her to wait and watched as he attacked the people in the crowd, making her frown a little. While she did enjoy ruining the lives of those she felt deserve it, she didn't like it when Cal attacked innocent people. She'd have to talk to him about that later. She turned and went back to the vent she'd readied for them, watching as he followed her, commenting about heroes.
"It's just a bank robbery. I doubt anybody would bother. Even so, we should just go."
She looked up and flew up through the vent. She lift her head through slowly, looking around just to be sure they weren't going to be attacked, then hovered up and out onto the roof. She took hold of the other end of the rope, steadying it for Cal, but keeping an eye out as best she could. But she was vulnerable for attack from behind. If anyone decided to interfere now, she'd be helpless.
"Come on, Cal, we don't have all day."

He laughed as the guard then handcuffed himself to a desk and sat on the floor. As Cal walked away the effect wore off and he heard him began to scream and panic. The usual 'what have I done?' and so forth. He actually took pleasure in knowing that they were fully aware of what was happening and were powerless to stop it. Unless of course they were telepathic, telekinetic or just had a really strong will. But he had yet to find a human with a strong enough will to over come him.
"Yeah, I know. But just once I'd like to encounter a hero and have some fun with them."
He said with a smirk as he quickly climbed the rope. His parkour training made it easier and he quickly began to scale the vent inside making his way to the roof and his sister.
"Oh shut up Cali. I'm the one carrying over a million dollars in bills and can't fly."
He said with a laugh before popping his head out of the vent and looking around.
"Ya know if you'd move I could get out a lot easier."
He said before throwing the bag onto the roof and pulling himself out and onto the roof. He walked to the edge and looked down at all the cops surround the place.
"Wow, all here to see us. I feel so popular."

Abby was in the workshop tinkering with her suit when an emergency call came in over the police waves of a bank robbery and of two possible mutant involvements. She was hoping it wasn’t another Brotherhood activity to fund their ‘activities’. She barely survived the last encounter with them, and while she didn’t have her father’s and brother’s chest arc she nearly needed one after that. There was a mutant among them that that could manipulate metals, and she of course was a walking theme park for him. It wasn’t a pleasant experience she wanted to repeat…ever.
She hurriedly put her suit back together, and had Jarvis suit her up. She smiled when she felt her pride and joy encase her in an air tight seal, and wondered where her brother and father had gone off to. Most likely something having to do with the company and her dad wanting to make sure Davis knew how to run the company if anything should happen to him. She of course was jarred back to the situation at hand as Jarvis told her that the suit was up and online, and she ran a quick systems check before taking off to the bank.
As Abby approached, her AI was updating her on the best course of action to approach the criminals on the roof. Their skin and hair color gave them away as mutants, and the bag of money on the roof gave them away as the criminals. She lifted her hand and used her repulsor with enough energy to push the bag of money back into the vent before closing that off with another stronger blast of her repulsor. She then went invisible quickly so that she can approach the two mutants and prepare for a sneak attack. When she was close enough, she decided to confuse the two of them and lightly kicked their legs so that they think they kicked each other. She then hovered back a bit and waited to see what would happen.

Cali rolled her eyes as he told her to shut up and she moved back as he commented to her. She pulled the rope back up out of the vent and walked over to see the police on the ground. She chuckled a little at Cal's comment, then turned to pick the money up. Since she could fly, she usually took the loot where cops couldn't reach. But as she turned, the bag was blasted into the vent. She spun around and looked up into the air as the vent was blasted shut. She only just got a glimpse of Abby before she turned invisible.
"CJ! Hero!"
She balled her hands into fists, not sure what she'd be able to do against this person, who ever it was. Even just from the glimpse she'd gotten, the hero looked pretty heavily armored. Neither of them could fight against armor. She started thinking hard, trying to figure out what she could do. Maybe she could lure the hero into some power lines? Unless it was some kind of weird new metal that didn't conduct electricity, or had some kind of insulated rubber layer. Her train of thought was broken when she felt a kick on the back of her leg. She stumbled a little and spun around, knowing better than to think it was Cal. He'd never do something like that after she'd called out Hero. She looked down at her feet, kicking loose some of the small rocks on the roof. Kneeling, she picked some up and looked over at Cal, hoping he'd do the same. She turned and threw the rocks in an arc, hoping to hit the Hero with at least a couple of them.
"Show yourself! I know you're there!"

As he turned around to leave he saw the bag get blasted back into the vent and the see it blasted shut. Furious he drew his gun and began to look around. He heard Cali call out hero and already knew that to be a fact. Sure it could've been a rival villain but that was a weird tactic. If it was another villain they would've attacked the Rankins instead of putting the money where it was harder to get at. Oh how he'd love taking control of them, he just needed eye contact and them to not have a strong enough will power or some sort of psychic ability.
"No shit Cali."
He said before looking around as the hero vanished. Impressive but this was going to be tricky. Cali's abilities were not offensive and Cal's only worked by eye contact and if they were weak willed. He felt a kick to the back of the leg and knew that wasn't Cali. Sure if the bag hadn't been blasted first then maybe she was just trying to get him going. He watched her throw some rock and nodded his head. She always was the smarter of the two. Cali was the brains and Cal was the brawn. He threw a handful of rocks in the other direction and pointed his gun at where the rock were, waiting for some sign of the hero to fire. He hadn't gotten a glimpse so had no clue about the armor or anything else about the hero.
"Pretty cowardly hero. Especially with the apparent power."
He said motioning to the vent.
"I mean you could just blast us both and kill us and maybe avenge all the people we've killed."

Abby grinned to herself inside her invisible armor as she watched the two mutant criminals, as the female balled her hands into fists. She smirked as she knew she was getting to them just by being there. As they were possibly thinking of how to disable her, she was already thinking of how to block them and their possible attacks. She smirked as she watched the girl fall and then pick up some of the loose rocks into her hand and then threw them up into the air in an arc. Of course she didn’t stay in one place too long, and she had moved out of the path of the rocks. She then hovered out of the way once again as the boy threw rocks at her current location. She was of course ready for that reaction and moved without hesitation and avoiding the rocks that were coming her way. Then she chuckled as he pointed his gun in her general direction. Their efforts were futile against her suit and it’s abilities. She was a Stark after all, and she was wearing her family’s technology with a few of her own adjustments.
”Pretty cowardly hero. Especially with the apparent power. I mean you could just blast us both and kill us and maybe avenge all the people we’ve killed.”
She raised and eyebrow inside of her helmet at his statement, and watched as he motioned to the vent. She landed softly in their way and prepared to stop them, and turned on the comm to the outside of her suit. ”I do not kill, and I would rather see the two of you in jail.” She told them and prepared to stop them in any way she can, with her ultimate goal being turning these two over to the right authorities for detention. However, she had a deep feeling that her brother or her father was going to need to make and appearance to help her out as it seems these two could do more damage than cooperation…

Cali grit her teeth in annoyance as none of their rocks hit anything. This hero was smart. Very smart. They just had to get a smart hero. With invisibility. Why couldn't they have gotten someone they could see? She slowly backed up, standing beside Cal as she looked around. She concentrated on the environment around her. This person was flying and in armor. Either they flew the same way Cali did, or her armor somehow kept her aloft. She decided to err on the side of the armor being the one causing the flight. Armor usually used jets or something like that to keep the subject aloft, so that meant if she flew close enough to the roof, she'd cause disturbances in the loose gravel. She nudged Cal, a signal to pay close attention to her instructions.
"We've been in jail before. We'll get out again, I promise you that."
She looked around, looking around at the roof. As Abigail hovered near the vent, she nudged Cal again, looking poignantly in the direction of the vent. She glanced at Cal, hoping he'd get it. To keep up the facade, she looked around a bit to keep up the facade of searching for the hero. She didn't want to reveal that she could fly just yet. She wanted to see how well Cal's bullets did against their adversary, if they did anything at all.

Like Cali his reaction to her wanting to send them to jail was laughter. Only difference was Cal's laughter was much more insane and far more on the creepy side. That was just his style however and always had been. He noticed the rocks hit nothing and shook his head. They needed to lure the hero out and into the open.
"Jail? You think jail scares us? She's busted out of nearly every prison and I've broken out of the same amount of prisons and Arkham. Admittedly Arkham was tricky but I still managed. So go ahead and try to lock us up. But I promise you this you coward. I will kill one person for every dollar you just cost us. Unless you get the money back for us and then you'll never hear from us again. Your call hero."
He said with a smirk. He loved doing ultimatum, they were always fun. Not to mention they always caused them to waver and rethink their plan. Heroes were so predictable. He continued to look around but noticed the rocks moving a bit, clearly disturbed by something after he felt the nudge from Cali. he spun and quickly fired two round into the area, not knowing if anything would happen. But he'd prefer to see some blood. And if that didn't work, well he kept his eye sight on the ledge by the street.

Abby of course rolled her eyes in her helmet, and listened as they bragged about breaking out of jail and prison. And of course they even mentioned Arkham, an asylum for the criminally insane. But she let the smirk return to her face, of which they cannot see from inside her helmet. That and the fact that she is still invisible might have something to do with it as well. For she knew one thing that they didn’t. She knew about S.H.I.E.L.D. and the helicarrier, heck her father had practically built the thing. Then there was the Negative Zone Prison Alpha or more commonly known as Prison 42. Another thing her father had practically built, and had help from Reed Richards with the design. She was certain that one of those places could hold these two criminals.
The ultimatum that he threw at her didn’t phase her the least, not that she didn’t worry over it but she couldn’t let them get away with it. She had to remain emotionally detached to keep her head on straight. It was a lesson she had to learn the hard way, and thankfully her brother had found her after that incident. If he didn’t, she wouldn’t know where she would be at that time. Most likely dead. However when the guy fired at her, she only laughed and turned off the invisibility and immediately turned on her holographic decoys. Now there were no longer one of her, but forty of her and no one can tell the difference. ”Well then it is good that I know of a few places that I’m sure that you have not been to.” She told them and sent some of her decoys to close in on them.

Cali watched as he fired at the hero, then flinched as the decoys appeared. She glared at the decoys, looking around at them, then back at Cal. She knew there was only one hero, but there were so many copies. She knew one of them should be the real thing, but considering how fast she'd moved out of the way of their rocks, any of them could be the real one. She balled her hands into fists, looking around at the others. Now that she got a good look at the armor, she concluded the hero's powers must be technology based, so these weren't real decoys, they were holograms. And holograms usually weren't tangible. She stood up straight and looked to the nearest one.
"Even so. We'll find a way. It's what we do."
She lift her foot and kicked a spray of rocks at the decoys, hoping the rocks would go right through the fake ones so they could use that to identify the real one. She didn't want to reveal just yet that she could fly. Even then, if she did that she couldn't do much good. She couldn't get Cal out of there with her, unless she left him to get captured and just came to get him later. But they'd already admitted to this hero that they always broke out, making it obvious that they always went after each other. Damn this was getting tricky.

"She's right, just because we haven't been there doesn't mean we can't get out. And this is your last opportunity hero. Get the money back and leave us alone or a lot of people's blood will be on your hands."
He said with a smirk. He watched as the duplicates appeared and sighed. He didn't know if any were real or not. He'd seen mutants who could duplicate and make real copies. I mean sure there was a chance that these were all technology based and just holograms but it was a risk he didn't want to take. They were all blocking his path to the ledge and the people standing down below. He watched as Cali began to kick rocks into the duplicates. Sure, let her do that and Cal would focus on something else.
"Last chance hero."
He said before aiming his gun between the duplicates and towards the apartment building across the street.
"No? Alright, good. I was actually hoping you'd try and be all noble and what not."
He said before firing towards the windows of the apartment complex. Sure the hero could try and block them but then she'd reveal who the real one was and where she was. And if she tried to be stoic, well then Cal got to kill some people.

While Abby was most likely at home relaxing and messing with her pet projects here and there Davis was with their dad. Their father wanted Davis to know about the business and how to deal with certain things with in the field. However Davis knows that their father doesn't give him credit to the fact that he knows pretty much everything. But he really couldn't blame their dad, their dad didn't really have a father that was there for him in the first place. And he really didn't want to make the same mistake with his kids. Which Davis of course thought was alright, however these trips where getting a bit boring at times. He could have been at a monstrous party half way down the city by down, chatting up some hot red head by now.
Davis fixed his tie as their father continued to talk to a client at the office, talking about some of the inventions there. However Both him and their father got the distress call about the mutants and the bank. However Tony snapped at Davis looking at him and letting him know to let his sister deal with the problem. That's when Davis raised a brow and sighed a bit as he stood next to his father trying to not look as if he was bored. But after a few moments Davis started to move and fidget around a bit. He started to wonder on how long this deal was going to take. Davis knew if he would jump in with his father he would be able to push the deal along way faster. However he was there to watch not help, so that was what he was going to do. Not matter how much it killed him to stay in one place like this.
Eventually however the meeting was done and Davis looked to his father. His father nodded at him, than at that moment he started to run out the door and towards a open window. His fancy suit dissolving, and than reforming his Iron Boy suit. The black suit looked like something that came out of a Tron movie. However he continued to run towards the window and than jumped out activating his repulsors on and flying off. After a few moments he made it towards his sister and took notice to the guy aiming his gun towards the people in the building. Davis kicking the repulsors up breaking through the sound barrier as he stood in front of the bullets making them bounce off. "Didn't your mother ever tell you that bullets can poke your eye out?"
