Faith entered the cage, her jeans ripped at the knees and her tank top tucked in them, her combat boots laced up and tied tightly to prepare for the fights ahead of her. She sauntered over to the far corner as the master of the ring announced her entrance, ”In this corner, weighing in at 230 lbs. we have a first time contender, Lycan.” She heard the crowd boo her efforts, and she shrugged her shoulders before rolling her head on her neck. She didn’t care what they thought of her, but she was only there for one thing and one thing only.
Being trained to get anything she needed, she knew the right places to look for information on anything. She needed a way to get some cash, and unlike her siblings and father she really didn’t have any other skills besides fighting and tracking. So being a mechanic wasn’t among her job skills. So she had heard rumors of underground cage fights in the city, and that the winners were paid good money for their victories. It was perfect for her. She only hoped that she would be able to hold back the instinct to kill when she thought she would be victorious, and what better way to find out other than trying it herself?
Faith stood off to the side of the cage, ready for a fight when her opponent entered. She eyed him seriously, and then shrugged her shoulders again. The same person who announced her entrance did his. This guy was massively huge, like he was a body builder or something, and she knew she would have no problem defeating him. Hell, she had been up against meaner looking opponents back at what her older brother would call the lab. So this guy would be no sweat. When the master of the cage had announced that the fight started now, her opponent charged her and took a swing at the side of her head. She of coursed quickly ducked the oversized fist, and came up throwing a punch at his abs as hard as she could. She allowed the weight of her adamantium skeleton follow through to give it one heck of a ‘kick‘. When he didn’t budge, she looked up to him to see him laugh at her effort.
’Oh shit…’ She thought to herself as he lifted both of his hands above his head, clasped together. She knew if she wasn’t careful, this guy could truly hurt her and then where would she be? She waited until he started to bring his down, before stepping out of the way. She waited until they hit the ground where she stood moments earlier, and then gave him two jabs to the face, one with each fist, before lifting up her knee to connect with his jaw. His head jerked up, and he staggered for a moment before glaring at her. She smirked at him and she watched as he threw another punch at her, in anger. This guy doesn't seem used to getting hit in his fights, but there was a first time for everything.
His fist connected with her back where she turned to move, and it felt like he was trying to aim for her kidneys. She growled in warning at him, her instincts were telling her to extend her claws and dice him into tiny pieces. However, she kept that feral side of her at bay…for now. She turned around letting her animal in her eyes that usually scared the other weapons she was pitted up against for tests and other uses back at the facility, and grinned that grin to go with it. Anyone who knew her, would say she had just lost all mercy in her mind, and whoever was against her was about to suffer dearly. Her reaction to being hit in the kidneys like that was to jump up high in the air, and give her opponent a roundhouse kick to the head. She had put enough force behind it to send a redwood tree to the ground, and she knew that this guy was going to fall.
Faith landed lightly with grace, as was her style, just in time to see her opponent stagger around for a bit and then fall like a cut tree. He even made the same sound when landing, and the crowd stayed silent for a brief moment before cheering. She smirked to herself, as it seemed she was their new favorite contestant. The cage master announced her as the winner, and held her hand up in the air while the crowd went wild. Her eyes took in the crowd surrounding her, and she paused as she thought she saw someone familiar among them…

Jason walked out of the payment office shoving his money back into it's white envelope it was hard work money as he liked to call it. Of course this hard work consisted of fighting people usually in boxing, martial arts or some MMA type of thing. Technically this was illegal but to Jason it was only illegal if you don't get caught and so far he was doing a good job of just that.
He looked over to another ring where the shouting was the highest. Another fight had begun apparantly one that was pretty interesting. He figured it must be a newbie who's pretty good or someone is having a really good night. Deciding to check it out Jason walked toward the ring a little surprised to find his own sister in the ring.
Jason smirked pride starting to bubble inside him. His sister was in a cage fight....and she was kicking ass! He nodded over to her when she began to scan the crowd though he wasn't sure if she had seen him. Jason began to move closer to the cage so he could get a better look. The crowd seemed to part for him after a few shoves. They all knew how Jason could be if they got him angry.

The note had been slide under the door to her office by an anonymous student. Inside the white envelope had a flier about an under ground cage fighting arena. Molly new that the it was not directed to her but she didn't think of any students who would be foolish enough to take part in these events. What ever the case most of these underground fights tended to be illegal and although Molly was not a cop she decided that looking into it would be safe enough. Especially if their was a chance that one or more students were taking part.
Arriving at the unkempt building, Molly was greeted by a host of colorful characters. Most of the people looked rather unfriendly for Molly's taste. After receiving several cat calls and one pat on her back side, Molly was determined to get in and out of the place with out causing a scene. Aside from the man whose arm she almost broke when he thought he could get away with slapping her butt.
Molly paid the fee to get in the building and began walking around. While inside she came across multiple cage fights that were going on. The place seemed to be over whelming at first as Molly had no idea who it was that was fighting. Any number of students could be using their abilities to make a quick buck in a place like these. The only logical thing to do would be to check the cages to see if any one she new was fighting.
After watching few fights Molly was almost ready to give up, chocking the envelope up to a prank or some other random occurrence. However as she came across a cage that seemed to gathered a small following she was shocked to see one Faith Webster fighting in the cage. Molly new only a little bit about her past and the things she went through. This however was not acceptable behavior despite who her father was.
Quickly walking towards the cage, Molly did her best to weave in and out of the crowd. At first she had been concerned for Faith's safety when her initial punch was shrugged off. This however changed when Faith's Knee connected with her opponents jaw. Still Molly was worried about all the different things that could go wrong in a place like this.
Reaching the edge of the cage, Molly spotted another familiar face. Faith's brother, Jason was here as well. Molly was not sure if he was taking part in the fights as well or cheering on his sister. Jason was an enigma at this point and would speak to him as well but first she needed to get Faith out of the cage.
“Faith you need to get out of that cage right now it's not safe in places like these.” Molly said trying to sound firm yet comforting. Opening up the door to the cage Molly kept an eye on Jason as well trying not to lose him in the crowd. “We need to get you home.”

The first face that Faith saw was her older brother’s, and she didn’t know if she was in trouble or not. She watched as he then shoved a few people out of the way as he made his way over to the cage she was in, and she smiled at him with the animal still just below the surface when he nodded at her. He seemed that he didn’t mind that she was in this illegal fight for just the money, and she knew that he wouldn’t go tell their father. Who she was sure would know that two of his kids were fighting illegally for money. Heck, they were designed, created, and trained for fighting and killing. This was what they knew, or at least what she knew. She hasn’t been out in the world long enough to experience much else.
Then her eyes spotted someone she didn’t want to see there. Molly Hayes or like the other heroes called her, Bruiser. She hadn’t seen what she could do in person but she had heard that the teacher had superhuman strength, as well as invulnerability. Basically someone she did not want against her. The fight would be slightly uneven, but she wouldn’t have given up so easily. She of course felt the feral animal in her rise up, and want to continue to fight. She had been agitated since she showed up, as she still had yet to begin training on becoming the next generation of the X-Men. And if she doesn’t train, she gets impatient. So she needed to burn off some of that destructive behavior, and what better way than to get into fights like these?
”Faith you need to get out of that cage right now it’s not safe in places like these. We need to get you home.”
Molly then entered the cage, right after her next opponent did. She was geared up for this, and what the teacher said only made her want to turn and look at the woman. Her animal side was licking at her eyes and if one knew what to look for would clearly see it. Instead of trusting herself to talk to the adult, she turned to her brother who had managed to get close to the cage. She growled at him, one that said ’I need this, or something horrible is going to happen.’ And to make sure that Molly had it all wrong, she decided to talk some sense into her. ”You have it wrong. I’ve been in places that make places like these look like the Hilton.” She growled somewhat to the teacher.
Faith then ducked a large fist that was swung at her head and turned with her momentum to swipe her opponent’s feet out from under them. They landed on their back with a loud thud, and she then got on top of them before pinning them down with her hands. She somehow managed to stale the instinct to extend her claws and poise them at her opponent’s throat.

Jason jumped in after Molly and tried to drag her out. Hell he was strong enough to throw her over his shoulder and carry her out if he had too. "Ms. Hayes she'll be fine she can handle this and she has rapid healing she needs to let her feral side out little by little or else it'll all explode in her face and people will end up dead" Jason promised pulling her out a little bit harder but not enough to hurt. He knew Faith would be fine that's why he was cheering her on if anything her opponent was in bigger danger than she was or would ever be as long as Jason was around.
"We really need to get you out of the ring Ms. Hayes" Jason urged once more as the match and crowd began to get wilder. He had to make sure Faith got out fine if the crowd lost control of itself in a drunken rage. Logan would kill him if Faith lost control and killed somebody.

Finding her self standing in the ring with Faith, Molly was at a loss for the right words. She did well enough in the over the phone with teens who called in with trouble or even in her office. Those settings were, however completely different than the one that she found her self standing in. The hardest part being that Faith had not come to her with these issues like most of the students she saw or talked to. If she had, Molly knew that the three of them would not be standing in a caged arena.
Faith spoke to her about needing this and her brother was in agreement. The two exchanged some sort of look that Molly did not know how to read. It did however share a similar trait with that of Logan when he would go on missions and get out of hand. Their were times when Molly had to restrain him from doing harm and other times where she had no choice but to let him do what it is that he did. Faith however was to new to Molly, and their was no way of judging what it was that she planned to do.
Instead of making the call Molly took the reasoning of Faith's brother who at the time was pulling her out of the cage as another contender stepped in. “Jason I know we have not talked much but as a teacher at Xavier's I can hardly turn a blind eye to these types of things. You do however know your sister, most likely better than I do, if this is what she needs than I will have to make an exception. But after this no more. We will find something more suitable back at the mansion.”
Molly said the words and was almost regretting the words she spoke the moment that she said them. Trying to drag Faith out may end up do more harm than good. The crowd and certainly the proctors would not take kindly to the removal of a fighter in the middle of a match. Their was just to big of a risk for a fight to break out and innocent people getting hurt.
“Faith I will make you a deal. I will let you keep fighting and not speak to any one about this at school on two conditions. First is that this is the last time you go out and find a place like this to fight in. I don't care where you have been before this is not the kind of place you or your brother should be in. The second being you start to come in on a regular bases to see me so that we can talk about what it is you are going through.”
Molly put the offer on the table waiting for a replay. She did not like the view of the fight and would step in if it looked like Faith was going to be killed or end up killing someone. However, if she didn't agree to her terms, Molly had every intent to tear down the cage and drag Faith and her brother out and set them before Logan. “So do we have a deal?”

Faith watched carefully as if she was a predator while her brother dragged Molly out of the cage. She growled a much needed thanks to her brother, and returned her attention back to her opponent. Who had somehow managed to get their feet between them, and kicked her off. She growled her frustration and didn’t hear a word her brother said to the teacher. Nor did she hear what the teacher said back. She was too busy trying not to get pinned between the wire of the cage and her massive opponent. She kept her predatory gaze on her opponent now as he rushed at her. She timed it just right and jumped up straight into the air, grabbing onto a support beam of the cage and pulled herself out of their path. It was only a few second later did she hear them hit the wire fence of the cage with their full momentum. She dropped down and landed quietly with grace behind them.
“Faith I will make you a deal. I will let you keep fighting and not speak to any one about this at school on two conditions. First is that this is the last time you go out and find a place like this to fight in. I don't care where you have been before this is not the kind of place you or your brother should be in. The second being you start to come in on a regular bases to see me so that we can talk about what it is you are going through. So do we have a deal?”
Did Molly not know Logan? Or did she not know about the animal instincts that the whole Howlett family share? What ever the reason, Ms. Hayes does not know what she is asking of her. She does not talk. She is a doer, not a talker. One can thank their friendly government for that. She growled at the teacher, not giving her a direct answer. She was a fighter, killer, and tracker. It is what she knows. Talking is not. She ducked another large fist as it was swung at her head, and growled again. She then came up and gave another midair roundhouse kick, causing him to fall hard on the ground. He wasn’t going to be getting back up.
Faith then turned toward the front of the building where the entrance was located. The same entrance that Molly had entered earlier. She heard footsteps that were weighted down with weapons, and her nose sniffed the air visibly. She smelled government, and that was not good. Not good at all. She looked to her brother to see if he took noticed of them as well. They both were wanted by them, and they both were determined not to go back. She returned her glaze to see a small armed army enter, and she closed her hands into fists. Her claws could clearly be heard extending in preparation for a fight.
She first needed to get out of that cage, and she quickly sliced an opening before jumping through it and take a look around her. She saw a back way out, and noticed that the government people were quickly making their way over to it. ”I’m going out that way to the roof, Jason. You coming?” She asked him and pointed toward her exit strategy with her long, shiny claws on one hand. She was ready for a fight, but she wouldn’t risk her brother or Molly getting hurt. Jason had better make a quick decision or they were trapped, and the only way out was to fight their way out of there.
